Deconstruct identity / 2020

As part of the project, I dismantled my commercial works to the point of canceling their initial purpose, in an effort to return them to a primary and basic place. At the end of the decomposition, 500 objects were emptied which were emptied of their essence (volume, color, content), numbered and cataloged.

"... Derrida described deconstruction as a form of questioning through and about the technologies, formal tools, social institutions and central metaphors of representation. Deconstruction does not focus on the issues and images of its objects but on the linguistic and institutional systems that frame their production..."

Alan Lofton and Abbott Miller, 1994
